    Questions a buyer asks.

    Can I transfer an existing mould to you?
    Yes. We review the tool technically, run a trial batch for your approval and start the series — with no investment in a new tool.
    Will you collect a mould from China?
    Yes. Within the EU with our own fleet; from Asia we arrange transport via vetted forwarders and run the transfer from customs to the first trial batch.
    Do you offer consignment stock?
    Yes — we keep a buffer to an agreed plan and invoice on pull. Min/max levels in the framework agreement.
    Is JIT possible?
    Yes. Own transport and a production buffer deliver in your line's rhythm — in DACH and Benelux usually in 1–2 days.
    Do you produce on weekends?
    Standard is continuous Mon–Fri (24/5). For peaks we run weekend shifts — a matter of planning.
    Do you support EDI?
    We support electronic exchange of orders and dispatch advices in an agreed format; logistics labelling to customer spec.
    How long does a mould take?
    2–8 months from approval, depending on complexity. We confirm the date in the quote — and keep it.
    Do you sign an NDA?
    Yes, as standard — you receive the signed NDA before we open your 3D files.
